Sawdust, Husks, Rice Bran,Dry Straws, Trash and Caster oil plant fruit shells.Proportionality mix different raw material, when the mixture contains more than single raw material. If raw material to be used contain 10 % to 12% moisture, it is necessary to spread out,give air and dry moisture raw material in sunlight. Put a mixture of raw-material into Hopper to produce briquettes. Raw-material received in feeder box is hydrocially pressurized. The temperature of pressurized material increases, so as to soften lignin in it. Lignin detaches from material and rises to the surface of the material and binds material homogeneously. With low-pressure homogeneous briquettes are pushed ahead by cooling track and brought to normal temperature then the finished goods are stored.
