Loader / Grabber
1) There is no need to tie sugarcane stalks (bundle)while loading in the tractor trolly by Hanje SugarcaneLoader. Thus the time and labour can be saved.2) There are limitations when workers load sugarcaneinto a vehicle. Sugarcane is filled up to a certainheight. If Hanje Sugarcane Loader is used to fill thecane in the vehicle, more cane can be filled than thelaborers. As a result the weight of sugarcane can beincreased as well as profit in transportation can beincreased.3) Tractor trolley / truck has to be taken in the farm to fillthe sugarcane. When removing the vehicle on theroad from the field, less sugarcane has to be filled sothat it does not rot in the soil or stuck in the ground. Itcauses loss in transportation. Sugarcane can beloaded on raod or out of the field by Hanje SugarcaneLoader. So maximum cane is loaded in the vehicle.So there is no question of vehicle getting stuck.Therefore, maximum cane is loaded in the vehicle.This increases the profit Margin per trip.4) It takes 5 to 6 hours for loading sugarcane in thevehicle by laborers.
