First time in the world , Hanje Udyog has developed a whole sugarcane harvester. The production capacity of this machine is upto 100 tonne in a day. The company has expressed it’s intention to make this device available between Rs. 27 Lakhs to 33 lakhs. This Machine is going to be a bwn to sugarcane farmers as the necessary facilities have been made in this machine. Now a days, chooping harvester machines are available In the market. This machine causes up to 20% loss ofsugarcane crop of the farmers during harvesting and transport of sugarcane from field to sugar factory.With an aim to avoide this, Hanje Hydrotech has developed a unique machine of whole cane harvestingwhich will be useful for sugarcane crop in Maharashtra and Karnataka, after doing tireless research for the past 5 years.
Shredder machine has engine of 175 hp. While the machine manufactured by Hanje Udyog runs on 100 hp engine shredder machine requires more fuel because making pieces of sugarcane , and throwing green tops and trash outside consumed a lot of power. Hanje’s machine does not need that much fuel, so the consumption reduces .
Advantages of whole Hanje sugarcane harvesting machine.

11)Shredder harvesting needs 10 to 15 labourers to collect the pieces of cane scattered in the field, of which 5% is wasted. But that does’t happen in this machine maximum cane is collected easily from this machine.
12)As the shredder machine cuts the sugarcane into small pieces so there is reduction in weight. Which is not the case with this machine.
13) Due to the heavy machinery, the ground is compacted. The weight of infilder remains 7 tonnes plus sugarcane 5 tonnes , total 12 tonne load depresses the land reduces the next season’s yield, cultivation cost increases. These things can be avoided with a whole cane harvester.
