Product Details:

Hanje Udyog has researched and developed in sugarcane harvester machinery since last 7 years and has provided innovative chopping,cleaning and sugarcane loading machine for sugarcane farmers. Due to this the investment in this business is reduced by 90% and also 70 to 80% of the labor is saved.

Characteristics

1) Machine runs on tractor.

3) No need of infeeder. Chopped cane pieces are directly loaded in the tractor.

4) After cutting whole sugarcane, 100% saves the works like cutting green tops, removing trash, making cane bundles and loading it in the tractor.

5) The big harvester consumes 2 ltr. diesel per ton. But this machine saves 50 % Diesel.

6) No need of skilled machine operater or 2 infeeder drivers.

7) Machine can run day night. Processing upto 100 ton of sugarcane in a day.

8) Diesel/ Electric/ solar models are available.

9) The losses from big harvesting machine like wastage of sugarcane in the field / scattering cane pieces / stalks / pressing the land due to heavy weight of machine can be avoided.
